Goals...

1.  Membership – To get a balance of private and public members at a reasonable

membership rate for charter, sustaining and supporting partners and elicit membership of associate partners at no fee.

2.  Education – Increase awareness and urge the active participation among local, state

and federal policymakers regarding the use of NGVs and natural gas as a low-emission fuel and promotion of future advancement in vehicle & fueling technologies to further reduce emissions.

3.  Development – Promote research, development, demonstration and deployment and   

commercialization efforts in the advancement of natural gas engine and fueling technology, when funding becomes available.

4.  Funding – Promote availability of financial and non-financial incentives and technical

assistance for deployment of natural gas vehicles and infrastructure.

5.  LNG – Promote LNG and get proper legislation in place to make LNG a viable alternative

fuel within the Northeast area.
